FAQ

How do I become an MRC Data Partner?

After sending an inquiry via our Contact page, we will send a draft agreeement and pricing for our Data Partner service. Once a contract is signed and payment remitted, we will send a Welcome email along with our latest report(s) (with still-active catalysts) and an overview of what we are focused on upcoming. This email address on file (and any others within your group that you provide) will then receieve all further initiations/updates for the agreed upon term.

How do I access MRC reports?

Reports are sent as PDF files when available to Data Partners in our email roster.

May I share a report I have access to?

Sharing of our research with others of the same firm/family office is authorized to the extent it is not accessible on a public domain. Sharing of our research with those outside of your firm/family office (including LPs) is unauthorized, unless the person (e.g., a patent law expert) or persons sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), agreeing not to share/disseminate the report with others.

Who are the people behind Medical Research Collaborative?

Medical Research Collaborative, LLC (“MRC”) is an independent research firm founded in March of 2019. As the name implies, MRC collaborates with experts in various fields of endeavor in the process of procuring research reports on companies in the healthcare sector.

The report, entitled “AMRN: Market Headwinds and Inherent Weakness of the Vascepa IP,” as well as any citizen petitions written under the MRC moniker, were ultimately constructed by Steven Giardino, the President/Owner of MRC, who has extensive knowledge in various pharmaceutical/medical science topics, in regulatory science, and in patent law, but has not earned established degrees in these fields.

The goal of MRC is to make the research that we produce the focus; in our view, the work should stand or fall based on its own merits, including the peer-reviewed authorship of the experts it cites. Further, as the subject matter entailing our focus can at times be controversial, it is company policy that the identities of the collaborators of MRC remain anonymous.
